I prep my meals but tend to do the same thing every week and it does get boring but with the recipes I printed out I will definitely be trying something new every week.

I look this up after I decided that I want to start meal prepping all of my meals, including dinner five days a week because I been kind of stuck and I think this is the boost that I need and I believe that this could really help me with my weight loss journey.

It all just depends on what works for you! I find a LOT of meal prep time to be wasted on the Prep.. So to cut time and still enjoy a healthy effortless meal I try to plan ahead. I purchase my veggies in bulk, spend a couple hours cutting, dicing and sometimes blanching for the freezer. I have sliced pepper and onions mix- fajitas, stirs fries; Mirroir- carrots celery and onions both large and small for roasts, soups and stews.

Parboiled carrots, beans and corn on the cob-halves the cooking time. Frozen fruits and blends. Prepared sauces and broths-ice cube trays then transfer to freezer bags. Mashed potatoes, rice blends. Soups frozen in take-out cup portions. Pre-cooked hamburger and seasoned ground beef. When meat is on sale I buy large quantities and spend the time making recipes ahead that I separate and then freeze. Meal prep for 3 days i do feels fine the I prepare 2 days for the week gym travel saves alot of time buying foods that cost alot out plus your food is healthier.
