The food contains no trans fats, and it's low in sodium. Is this ok lol… Please someone assure me all the carbs are ok! I added healthy snacks between my meals such as fresh avocado, yogurt and mixed nuts. After reaching my goal, I transitioned to a plan that includes their Turbo Shakes, healthy foods that I prepare on my own, and a regular exercise routine.
