Mostly fish and vegetables. Losing 20 pounds is definitely doable with Nutrisystem, but I would budget at least two months. Then I tried the frozen lunches. I've lost 28 after only 6 weeks. I have been feeling a lot of emotions from having gone through breast cancer and several surgeries the last 3 years… I just kinda let myself go… but, I am so ready for this change!!!
